Psychotherapy for Adults

Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unseen.  Others express a desire to shed relational patterns that are no longer helpful.  Still others need assistance clarifying what is important to them and help in making meaning from the challenging experiences in their lives.

No matter what you bring to therapy, I am on your team.  I will work with you to create a plan to help you achieve your goals and live the life that you desire.  I will support and amplify your innate strengths while offering helpful tools and strategies from the domains of: neuroscience, attachment theory, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy, sensory processing disorder and highly sensitive person training, and mindfulness. See the About Me page for more on my clinical approach.

My specialty areas include:
– The Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)
– Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)
– Authentic Parenting and Coaching
– Stress and Anxiety
– Depression
– Grief and Loss
– Trauma (Abuse, Neglect, Immigration, Medical, Relational)
– Gifted and Twice Exceptional (2E)

– Relational Challenges (new relationship, betrayal, divorce)
– Work Challenges (new job, mid-life career changes, retirement)
– Life Stage Support (college aged, newly independent, newly partnered, new parents, active parents, empty nesters, middle-aged, retirement aged and beyond)

My rate for a 60-minute session is $185 with a $5 discount if paid via check, cash, or Venmo.  Payment is due at the time of services. I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a monthly invoice for submission to your insurance company for out of network benefits.
