I will support and amplify your innate strengths while offering helpful tools and strategies from the domains of: neuroscience, attachment theory, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy, sensory processing disorder and highly sensitive person training, and mindfulness.
